His photographic specialty is location work of all types, from location portraiture to architectural and aerial photography. Richard has executed assignments in over thirty countries. A selection of assignment images can be accessed through the Things, People and Dreams sections of his website: grupomarin.net Richard conceived and photographed War Of Our Fathers, a photographic chronicle of the Pacific battlefields of World War II which was published in Japan by TBS-Britannica in 1991, and in the English language by Barnes & Noble in November, 1999. The first English language edition sold out, as did a second edition by Chartwell Books. War Of Our Fathers is presently out of print.
